GPS will clean-out and clean-up any private or commercial property in the Montgomery County region. Whether a client needs support for a Hoarding situations, a professional Estate Sale or clean-out of a property, our expert team will coordinate all aspects of the process.
HANDYMAN
SERVICES
Handyman Services, Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Flooring, Remodel/Renovations, Roofing, Windows and so much more. Our team has been servicing local properties and customers for nearly a decade in the Montgomery County area and surrounding regions.
TURNOVER SERVICES
Own a Private and/or Commercial property and need it cleaned out, cleaned up or tenants removed. Eviction Services are an unfortunate and necessary part of property management. Our team will take the greatest care of the affected parties, their property and, most importantly, your asset.
WATER & MOLD REMEDIATION
As an IICRC Certified Water Remediation Specialist, and with extensive partnerships in the region for larger remediation jobs, our team can manage the entire process for your property. GPS will work with insurance agencies, prepare reports and provide full property renovation services.
DOWNSIZING & MOVING SERVICES
Having handled countless downsizing, clean outs and clean up for our clients, we recently added Moving Services in partnership with our licensed moving Partner, Bargain Movers of Gaithersburg. This gives the GPS team the ability to clean out, pack out, clean up and renovate any private or commercial property.

Generations Property Services was formally founded in 2016 after nearly 50+ years of generational experience in the Estate Sale & Antique Businesses. Our own personal situations with the emotionally taxing and logistically challenging process of cleaning out and turning over a property, led us to start GPS. With decades of experience in private services and commercial management, we thrilled to offer a full spectrum of property services to our clients in their time of transition.
